Delete your account
You can leave TinyHub at any time.
Before you go
Section titled “Before you go”Export your workspaces first. Each export is a JSON bundle of one workspace, and once your account is gone we can’t produce them for you.
If you bill from TinyHub, this is also the moment to pull any timesheets you still need.
Workspaces you own
Section titled “Workspaces you own”This is the part people miss: deleting your account is about your account, not about the workspaces. If other people are working in a workspace you own, decide what should happen to it first:
- Hand it over — transfer ownership to someone who’s staying. The work carries on without you.
- Or delete the workspace deliberately, from its own Settings, which takes its tasks, notes, calendar and time with it.
Your Personal workspace goes with your account.
Asking for deletion
Section titled “Asking for deletion”There’s no self-serve delete button yet. Ask us and we’ll do it:
- from inside the app — the inbox icon in the top bar, which is also where our reply arrives; or
- by email.
Tell us the email address on the account. We may confirm it’s really you before acting.
What happens then
Section titled “What happens then”Your account is disabled immediately — sign-in stops working and active sessions are ended — and your data is then held for 7 days before it’s permanently purged.
That week exists so a mistake, or someone acting who shouldn’t have, can still be undone. After it, the data is gone and cannot be recovered.
