What is TinyHub?
TinyHub is a home base for people who work across several clients at once — freelancers, consultants, small agencies. Instead of juggling a separate tool per client, you keep every client in one app and switch between them in a second.
The idea
Section titled “The idea”Most productivity apps assume you work in one place. But if you run five clients, you pay a small tax every time you switch: a new login, a new window, a new mental context. TinyHub is built to erase that tax.
- One workspace per client. Each client (or side of your life) is its own space with its own color, projects, notes, calendar and time.
- Switch in a second. Click a client in the rail on the left and the whole app becomes that client — no reload, no re-login.
- See everything at once. My Day gathers what’s due across all your clients into one calm list, so nothing slips between the cracks.
What’s inside a workspace
Section titled “What’s inside a workspace”Every workspace gives you the same connected tools:
- Tasks & projects — organize work into projects and sections, with due dates, priorities and flags.
- Notes — a rich editor where notes and tasks can live side by side, and even link to each other.
- Calendar — an optional per-workspace calendar for time-blocking your work.
- Time tracking — one global timer, a planned → tracked → billed ledger, and a printable timesheet for invoicing.
