Your first client workspace
A workspace is one client (or one side of your life). It holds that client’s projects, notes, calendar and time — completely separate from every other client.
Create a workspace
Section titled “Create a workspace”- In the rail on the far left, click the + below your existing workspaces.
- Give it a name — usually the client or company.
- Pick a color. This becomes the client’s identity across the whole app.
- Create it — you’ll drop straight into the new workspace’s home.
That’s it. The new workspace appears in the rail with its color, ready for work.
Why the color matters
Section titled “Why the color matters”The color isn’t just decoration — it’s how you always know which client you’re in. When a workspace is active, its color tints the accent controls throughout the app. A glance tells you whether you’re about to file a task under the right client.
Switching between workspaces
Section titled “Switching between workspaces”Click any workspace in the rail and the entire app becomes that client — instantly, with no reload. Your Personal workspace and My Day are pinned at the top of the rail so they’re always one click away.
