Your first client workspace

A workspace is one client (or one side of your life). It holds that client’s projects, notes, calendar and time — completely separate from every other client.

  1. In the rail on the far left, click the + below your existing workspaces.
  2. Give it a name — usually the client or company.
  3. Pick a color. This becomes the client’s identity across the whole app.
  4. Create it — you’ll drop straight into the new workspace’s home.

That’s it. The new workspace appears in the rail with its color, ready for work.

The color isn’t just decoration — it’s how you always know which client you’re in. When a workspace is active, its color tints the accent controls throughout the app. A glance tells you whether you’re about to file a task under the right client.

Click any workspace in the rail and the entire app becomes that client — instantly, with no reload. Your Personal workspace and My Day are pinned at the top of the rail so they’re always one click away.
