Profile & preferences
Open Profile from the top bar. Everything here belongs to you, across every client — as opposed to workspace Settings, which belongs to one client and is visible to its members.
On a narrow screen the sections become a scrolling row of jump links at the top.
Account
Section titled “Account”Your name and the email you sign in with. You can change your email — you’ll get a confirmation message at the new address before it takes effect — and change your password by entering the current one first.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”Light, Dark, or System (follow whatever your device is doing). System is the default, and it keeps up when your device flips at sunset.
The theme toggle in the top bar is a shortcut for the same setting.
Language
Section titled “Language”English or Swedish. TinyHub follows your browser’s language the first time and remembers your choice after that.
The language you read the app in is separate from the language a timesheet prints in — you can send a Swedish client a Swedish timesheet while working in English. See Timesheet to invoice.
Timezone
Section titled “Timezone”Used for anything that has to happen at a particular local time — when your morning digest arrives, what counts as “today”, and how imported calendar events line up. Worth setting if you travel or if your device clock disagrees with where you actually work.
Your rates
Section titled “Your rates”An hourly rate per workspace, used to turn unbilled hours into an estimate.
Your rate is private to you — no co-member sees it, or any figure derived from it. See Time tracking for how the estimates are calculated, and why TinyHub refuses to add two currencies together.
Add my calendars
Section titled “Add my calendars”One subscription link per workspace, plus an All workspaces feed. These carry that workspace’s shared events and your own planned time, and each can be revoked on its own. See Calendar.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”A grid of every tunable category against every channel, plus quiet hours and the time your morning digest arrives. See Notifications.
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”Usage analytics are off unless you turn them on. See Privacy & your data.
